Suggested Use:

Add 7/8th of a scoop (5 g) in a shaker with 350-400 mL of cold water and consume before, during or after workout.

Daily: Add 5 g anytime during the day. An easy way to add flavour to your water.

Storage:

Keep well sealed, protect from moisture, light and heat. Store in a cool dry place. This product is very hygroscopic which means it'll absorb surrounding moisture and may clump. This may lead to a hardening of the powder, which will not decrease effectiveness, but it can be minimised by keeping all air out of the jar and storing it in a damp free area.
