Suggested Use

Add 7/8th of a scoop (5 g) in a shaker with 350-400 mL of cold water and consume before, during or after workout.

This may lead to a hardening of the powder, which will not decrease effectiveness, but it can be minimised by keeping all air out of the jar and storing it in a damp free area.
